Pilots and Roadmap

We are preparing classroom pilots and collecting educator feedback to improve the kit and resources. This page shares current traction, a nine month plan, and how Venture Devils support accelerates our work.

Traction

  • • Early interest from local educators and STEM clubs, first sales on Etsy, and pilot conversations in progress.
  • • DNA Assembly Kit iterated with classroom feedback, focus on snap fit accuracy and fast lesson setup.
  • • Teacher materials drafted, including quick start cards, worksheets, and answer keys.

Nine month roadmap

  1. Months 1–2

Finalize kit revisions, confirm pilot partners, prepare teacher packets, and establish survey templates.

  2. Months 3–4

Run pilots, measure outcomes and timing, collect feedback, and refine parts for durability and cleanup.

  3. Months 5–6

Publish downloadable teacher materials, package components, and set up quotes and simple ordering.

  4. Months 7–9

Scale pilots, launch educator community, open broader ordering, and begin outreach to additional districts.
